Introduction Meditation Lab

Welcome to the free introduction to Meditation Lab! I'm Dr. Christina Farrell, a psychologist and meditation teacher based on Sydney's Northern Beaches. In this free lab, we will explore what meditation is, why it can feel challenging, and how you can make it accessible and effective for your life.

You’ll start with a 10 minute overview of meditation and its benefits, followed by a 20-30 minute guided meditation session. This practice will help you connect with your breath, laying a strong foundation for deeper techniques. If you decide to join the full 21-day course, you’ll experience live sessions, daily meditation practices, and tools to develop a sustainable meditation routine.

By the end of this free lab I hope you will have gained valuable insights into meditation and practical techniques to help you start your journey.
